Outstanding service from start to finish. Josh communicated clearly and on time. Prices were fair. I appreciated that they had the lowest price for a deceased loved one over 300 pounds. The staff were very professional and attentive. The arrangement counselor, Josh Gonzalez, was very nice to me. I had some additional needs that had to do with getting some documents notarized and he helped me take care of it. The office in Pasadena has a very beautiful waiting area that has refreshments and a nice peaceful setting. I highly recommend this service.
