This comprehensive package includes:
- Pickup from a facility or residence
- Transportation (no mileage fee)
- Refrigeration (no daily charge)
- Filing of death certificate
- Social Security notification
- Alternative container (fiberboard "casket")
- Crematory fee
- Urn in a velvet bag
- Disposition permit
- County permit filing fee
- Sales tax
- 1 Certified Death Certificate
- Local hand-delivery (30 miles from Allay office) or Nationwide Delivery (USPS)
- 1 Hour ID Viewing +$600
- Witness Cremation (15 minutes) $500
- Scattering At Sea (No Witness) +$250
